Graduation Information

Modified Graduation Update June 15

We are looking forward to seeing you all this week to pick up your graduation regalia, June 17-19 between 10am-5pm. Please remember that you must drop off all your textbooks in order to pick up your regalia! If you haven’t booked a spot, please phone the school or email Mrs. Orr to set up a time. We encourage you to login to www.schoolinterviews.ca to confirm your booking times. If you are not participating in the modified convocation, you are still welcome to sign-out the regalia for photos and celebrations. There will be a drop-off bin in front of the school June 22-26 to return the regalia.

For those participating in the Modified Convocation, we require your party to complete and bring the attached Screening & Tracking form. As well, we encourage you to complete the Covid Self-Assessment tool prior to your time slot: https://myhealth.alberta.ca/journey/covid-19/Pages/COVID-Self-Assessment.aspx Hand sanitizer will be on site and physical distancing will be maintained throughout the event. Masks are not mandatory but attendees may choose to bring and wear their own.

With the changes to AHS parameters, graduate and guests may now be a party of 8. If further numbers are required, please contact Mrs. Orr directly at cherum.orr@eips.ca.

The livestream link as well as the link to the videos as part of the Convocation program will be on our website Monday June 22 at 8am, www.bevfacey.ca so that graduates can watch the videos at their leisure. Please see the attached documents for details specific to arrival at the school and the modified program.
