at 7:00pm in the Bev Facey Learning Commons.

Grad Action Items

Reminder to all Grads that you MUST come to the Learning Commons at lunch on April 23rd, 24th or 25th to get your code to purchase tickets, double check the grad composite, double check that your baby photo matches your grad photo, to vote on your Grad song, and to double check your gown sizing.

Grad Ticket Purchase

You will be able to purchase tickets to the Convocation Ceremony and the Banquet Ceremony separately, the website’s to do that with are below. Once you enter each website, you will be asked for a password, this password will be provided to each graduating student in the Learning Commons at Bev Facey on April 23rd, 24th, and 25th at lunch. Tickets can be purchased online by using Visa, Mastercard or Interac. If you need to pay with cash, please contact Stephanie Letby at Bev Facey.

Grad Ticket sales officially open April 24th at 1:00 PM

Students who have unpaid Grad fees will NOT be able to purchase any tickets, including the Convocation until the $80 Grad fee is paid.

Students with other unpaid school fees will be able to purchase Convocation tickets, but will be unable to purchase Banquet tickets until all 2018/2019 school fees are paid in full.

Grad Yearbook Quote

GRAD QUOTES: Grade 12 students wishing to have their grad quote in the yearbook must submit their chosen quote to the link below by Wednesday, May 1st. The deadline of Wednesday, May 1st is a firm deadline. Guidelines are:

  • Grad quotes submitted can have a maximum of 130 characters.
  • Your grad quotes must be school appropriate. If it is deemed as inappropriate or hurtful they will be immediately discarded.
  • Each student has ONE CHANCE to submit a quote, should you choose to purposefully submit one that is unsuitable for the requirements, there will be no further opportunity provided and therefore you will not have a grad quote.

Grad 2019 Remind Account


Diploma Exam result statements are now only available through myPass

Students will now need to retrieve their exam results through myPass—a self‑service website for high school students. Result statements for Diploma Exams are now available exclusively online using myPass. Printed results statements will no longer be mailed.

myPass enables high school students to:

  • access their Results Statement;
  • view their demographic information;
  • view their Detailed Academic Report (DAR);
  • view their progress toward their diploma or certificate; and
  • order and pay for a transcript.

Specific information on how to sign up for myPass will be provided to all students who are registered to write diploma examinations.
