Welcome Back Blue & Gold, Time for our 2023-24 Story to be Told!" Orientation Days

Bev Facey will open up for students to get their school photo taken, receive their school ID, pick up their timetable, pertinent grade level information, and find their assigned lockers using the following schedule:

Grade 12 - (Aug. 25) Welcome Back Blue & Gold - Time to Have your Gr. 12 Story Told!- 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Grade 11 - (Aug. 28) Welcome Back Blue & Gold - Time to Have your Gr. 11 Story Told!- 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Grade 10 - (Aug. 28) Welcome Back Blue & Gold - Time to Have your Gr. 10 Story Told!
- 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Grade 10 Falcon Welcome - Morning of August 31, 2023

Students will return to school on August 31 with only the Grade 10's returning in the morning for a special Falcon Welcome, and the Grade 11's and 12's returning in the Afternoon to join the Grade 10's in a shortened schedule that allows them to visit all four of their potential classes in the afternoon.

Timetable Change Process (Timetables will be live in PowerSchool on August 21, 2023)

Requests for timetable changes will be processed through the Course Change Request Google Form that was sent out by each of our Grade Administrators in a Welcome Back Email. Once your grade level administrator receives your request they will attempt to make the change. Course changes may not be viable due to class sizes, and or other selections made by the student. In those cases grade administrators will either inform a student by email or set up a meeting to alert the student that the change is not available. Please access the form by the links provided by the administrators in their welcome back emails.
